Abu Dhabi Based Mubadala Investment Company May Invest In Jio Platforms

Since Facebook has invested 44 thousand crores in Reliance Jio, since then the line of investors in the company has started. So far five investors have invested 75000 crores in the company. According to the latest information, Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment Company is in discussions regarding investment in Jio Platforms, the digital arm of Reliance Industries. A source gave information about this. So far , an investment of Rs 78,580 crore Last week, Reliance Industries announced to sell 2.32 percent stake in its digital unit to KKR, a US private equity company for Rs 11,367 crore. This was the fifth major investment in Jio Platforms in the last few weeks. Reliance has received a total capital of Rs 78,580 crores from the five major deals so far, with the minority stake in the digital company.

 

 

 

So far, a total of five companies have invested, the source said that talks are on with Mubadala Investment Company about a possible transaction for a stake in Jio Platforms. However, he did not elaborate on the deal. Reliance Jio and Mubadala Investment Company have not responded to emails sent in this regard. In the past few weeks, Jio has received investments from KKR, Facebook, Silver Lake Partners, Vista Equity Partners and General Atlantic.
