Prime Minister Narendra Modi cracked the opposition in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. Referring to his government's decision to award Bharat Ratna to former President Pranab Mukherjee, he reversed the charges of the opposition saying that he had denied the contribution of previous governments. The PM further said, "Slogans were being organized in the House yesterday and today is June 25." He said that many people do not even know what happened on 25th June, they have to ask side by side. It is thus necessary to remind that the country's soul was crushed on the night of June 25. He said that only the country was made a prisoner to save his power. Responding to the discussion on the thanks motion on the President's address, PM Modi mentioned about three weeks of achievements of his second term.
'Exemplary example of the disrespect of the emergency court'
PM said further, "Democracy in India is not born from the pages of the constitution, democracy in India is our soul for centuries. That soul was crushed, the media was taken away. The great men of the country were locked behind the bars. The country was made a prison and just because nobody's power would go away. ' He said that the judiciary's verdict was how the court's disrespect is, and that is his winning example.
The PM said that today we have to dedicate our resolve once again to democracy once. At that time whoever was a part of this sin, this stain is never going to end. It is also necessary to remember that no one is born who wants to go on this path. He said that it is not for anyone to say good and bad.
The PM said that there were locks on the media at that time, everyone thought that the police would catch up. Raised above caste, creed, sect, the country had made the result in that time. Voters re-established democracy. Once again, once the country has voted above the cult, caste, sect and voted.
Attack on Congress, you got so high that the ground was uprooted
PM said that there were some sharp things spoken here, most of the election meetings were told. He said that every one has his own agenda but here it is said that no one can lower our height. PM said in a cheerful manner, "We do not waste time in minimizing any rhetoric. We spend our streak for life long. Your height is happy because you have gone so high that you stopped showing the land. You have gone so high that the ground has crumbled. You see the people of the land look trivial and therefore your height is very satisfying and enjoyment for me. I want you to get taller. ' PM said that our dream is not to be high, but to connect with the roots. Our dream is to take the country forward by strengthening the roots. We will give you the best wishes that you go higher and higher.
Responding to allegations of not accepting the contribution of previous governments, the
PM said, "Before 2004, there was a Vajpayee government in the country. In 2004-2004, people sitting in the government praised Atal Bihari Vajpayee in government programs, Narasimha Rao's government, or even in the speeches, if someone has taken the name of Manmohan Singh. He said, "Perhaps I am the first Prime Minister of the Red Fort who has contributed to taking the nation forward from all the government, from independence to the number of governments of the Center and the state," he said. I have said many times in the House and I say again. '
