Bikaner: Congress President Rahul Gandhi said on Wednesday that the party leaders will not make false promises to the people, but they will show it to the people who will say what they say. Rahul once again targeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the Rafale airline deal and accused the central government of working only for 10-15 big industrialists of the country. Rahul, who was on a two-day tour of Rajasthan, addressed the Mahanandalp rally in the medical college grounds. Referring to the election manifesto of BJP's 'giving 15 lakh rupees and 20 million youth', Rahul said that his party leaders will not make such an announcement.
Rahul said, 'Our Chief Minister, our leaders will not give hollow speeches. Our leaders will not lie. Do not promise 15 million. But what we have said, which you heard from the forum, I guarantee you, heartily, that which you heard from the platform, will show us by doing it. Taking a dig at the address of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 'Before his arrival, the country was sleeping', Rahul once again said that saying this is an insult to the people of the country. He said, 'that means no one has done anything before Narendra Modi came to this country. They humiliate your parents, grandparents, grandparents and grandparents. No, Modiji says you are wrong. This country does not belong to the BJP, nor Narendra Modi nor Rahul Gandhi nor the Congress party. This country runs a farmer of this country, the youth of this country runs. Modiji, you do not run this country, you have a misunderstanding. You have been proud, you have these people run the country without them, the country can not move forward without them.
Rahul's rally is mainly centered on the 24 assembly seats of Bikaner division. In the division there are four major districts of Bikaner, Ganganagar, Hanumangarh and Churu. In his speech, Rahul, along with Anil Ambani, took the name of Neerav Modi, Mehul Chowkis, Vijay Mallya and Lalit Modi, the target of the state Vasundhara Raje and the Modi government of the Center. Referring to Bikaner's farmer-dominated area, Rahul alleged that the debt of the 15 largest industrialists in the current central government could be forgiven, not yours.
Accusing corruption of the Raphael aircraft deal, Rahul said, "The country's watchman snatched Rs 30,000 crore from the people of the country and put it in Anil Ambani's pocket." Raising the issue of misuse of government money in the pride of the Chief Minister, Rahul said, "His marketing is by your money, his travels run by your money." The meeting was attended by Congress State President Sachin Pilot and General Secretary of All India Congress Committee Former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also addressed. Earlier, Rahul joined two programs in Jaipur.
