Australia denies playing in Pakistan, will be played in UAE, ODI series

Delhi,11,February,2019

The efforts of cricket restoration in Pakistan would get a new place, if the Australian team agreed to play again once again 20 years later on that country. But, due to Cricket Australia's refusal, this could not be possible. Cricket Australia has cited security arrangements behind it. In this entire case, Pakistan has definitely received a reprimand, but it is also responsible for this condition itself. However, the series of 5 ODIs between Pakistan and Australia will now be played in the UAE.

Australia-Pak ODI Series

PCB has prepared the ODI series, according to which it will play 5 ODIs in Australia within 10 days. All these competitions will be organized in 3 UAE cities in Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The one-day series will be held from March 22 to March 31. The first two matches of the ODI Series will be played in Sharjah on March 22 and March 24. Then on March 27, the third match of the series will be held in Abu Dhabi. The last two matches will be played in Dubai on March 29 and March 31.

In view of World Cup preparations, these series will be like final rehearsals for both teams, where they can test their preparations well and remove flaws. At the moment, Pakistan is at fifth place in ICC ODI ranking, while Australia is at sixth place. Last time, both of these teams played against Australia in a five-match series, which was won by host Kangaroos 4-1.

Warner-Smith return series!

However, the news is that from this series David Warner and Steve Smith will return after the ban was withdrawn in international cricket. The bans of both Australian cricketers are ending on 28 March and it is expected that both of them will be part of the team in the fourth ODI of the series on March 29.
