Action Will Be Taken Against Officer If Holds File More Than Three Days Says CM Yogi

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday instructed the officials to improve the quality of education and said that instead of sitting in the headquarters office, go to the field and look carefully.

 

 

The Chief Minister said that if any file in the department stays for more than three days, then the officer will be dealt with. Strict instructions to the authorities regarding the delay in providing text books, bags and uniforms to the children, to issue the said material immediately to them. Adityanath held a review meeting with officials of the state's Basic Education Department and Secondary Education Department on Monday . The Chief Minister also emphasized on setting up solar panels in the schools and asked the principal, the public servants to come forward under the rejuvenation plan. Under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme, he also issued instructions for linking Akshaya Vata with base to Lucknow and Mathura.

 

 

Adityanath instructed that every employee of the education department should get his salary in the first week of the month. He said that Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya should be upgraded to secondary level. The Chief Minister said that there should be a process of State Teacher Award, a standard should be prepared, on which basis teachers can be honored, paper closure should be closed. The Chief Minister issued instructions for transfer of Babasaheb Thackeray deposited at one place for many years. He also took a firm stand on the availability of teachers. He said that the post of the Principal should be selected under the Public Service Commission.

 

 

At the same time, a separate education service commission should be constituted so that teachers can recruit in a transparent manner. The Chief Minister said that officials of the Education Department should go to the field and communicate with the Principal, teachers and employees. He instructed the principals to make a meeting with the parents twice a year. In particular, all BSAs instructed them to inspect schools daily in their area.
