Pak Offers Help To Australia To Douse Fire

Pakistan Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa met with Vice Admiral David Johnson, Deputy Chief of Defense Forces of Australia in the General Headquarters and offered to help them extinguish the fire in Australia.
 

 

According to media reports, the offer was made in a meeting between the Order of Australia (AO) Royal Australian Navy (RAN) officer and Bajwa on Friday. According to Dawn News, during this meeting, the Pakistan Army chief reiterated his proposal to Johnson, the head of the Defense Force, to General Angus John Campbell for any assistance in dealing with the fire in Australia.

 

 

A statement issued by the army after the meeting said that matters of mutual interest and regional security were discussed during the meeting.
