Delhi,12,June,2019

Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia visited Sarvodaya Vidyalaya in CR Park on Tuesday. During this time, he announced the creation of state-of-the-art football ground in an empty space between old and newly built buildings.

After consultation with the School Management Committee, Sisodia directed the officers that there is plenty of vacancy in the school of CR Park. Here's to make the School of Football Excellence. It will be a state-of-the-art football field.

Subsequently, Manish Sisodia examined the construction of class rooms, CCTV cameras and solar panels in 8 government schools of Andrews Ganj, Masjid Moth, East of Kailash, Tughlaqabad and New Friends Colony. Officials said that a 30 kilowatt capacity solar plant has been planted in Andrews Ganj's school.

This has reduced the electricity bill of the school from Rs 35,000 to zero. Surplus power is being added to the power grid. Sisodia said that the pilot project of solar panels on the roof of the school is successful. Solar plants have been installed in 21 schools and the project is running in 100. He was accompanied by local legislators Saurabh Bhardwaj, Madan Lal and Satharama.
