Rajya Sabha Approves The ST / SC Prevention Amendment Bill

New Delhi: The Rajya Sabha Approves The ST / SC Amendment Bill 2018 Today. This Bill Has Been Passed From Both Houses Of Parliament. Now It Will Go For President's Approval. Once The President Is Signed On The Bill, It Will Take The Form Of Law. On This Occasion, The Government Said That It Is Working To Preserve The Rights Of These Sections Along With Good Policy, Good Policy And Good Action Plan. Responding To The Discussion On The Bill, Social Justice And Empowerment Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot Said That Prime Minister Narendra Modi Had Made It Clear In His Earlier Address That His Government Would Be The Government Of The Poor And Backward People. He Said That In The Last Four Years, We Have Shown It As Well And Nobody Should Have Any Fear In This Regard.

 

 

After The Minister's Reply, The Upper House Passed The Bill In Vowel. The Lok Sabha Has Already Passed It. Gehlot Said That He Is Working Hard To Protect The Rights Of These Sections By Making Strict Efforts With Good Policy, Good Policy And Good Action Plan. He Has Also Got Success In This. During The Discussion Many Members Demanded The Formation Of Special Courts. On This, He Said That The Provision Of Setting Up Of Special Courts In The Bill Has Been Made. He Said That 14 States Have Constituted 195 Special Courts.

 

 

 

Gehlot Rejected The Claim Of Opposition Members That The Government Has Brought This Bill In Various Pressures. He Said That This Government Has Been Working Since The Beginning To Protect The Rights Of The People Of These Sections. He Said That Since The Beginning Of This Government There Was A Commitment To These Sections. He Also Mentioned The Background Of Bringing The Bill After An Order Of The Supreme Court And Said That This Bill Has Been Brought To Restore The Original Law Made From The Intention.

 

 

 

Earlier, Participating In The Discussion, Kumari Selja Of Congress Said That Crime Against Dalits Is Increasing In The Country And Every 15 Minutes There Is A Crime Against Dalits Against Anybody. He Accused The Government That It Is Not A Dalit, And There Is A Difference Between Doing It And Doing It. They Demanded That This Law Should Be Included In The Ninth Schedule, Otherwise It Will Be Challenged Repeatedly In The Courts.

 

 

BJP's Kirori Lal Meena Said That The Legislation Passed By The Parliament Changed By The Judiciary. Describing The Appointment Of The Judges, He Demanded To Abolish It, While Expressing Objections To The Established College System. On One Of His Comments, Several Other Parties, Including The Congress, Objected, And For This Reason, The Meeting Had To Be Adjourned For About 10 Minutes At About Two O'clock In The Afternoon. On The Resumption Of The Meeting, Then Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu Fired A Part Of His Comment From Proceedings And Then The House Ran Smoothly.
