Malviya Nagar police station arrested an accused Dinesh Mali from Udaipur (Rajasthan) in the case of cheating with former Chief Justice of India (Chief Justice) RM Lodha. The accused had rented his bank account. When money came into his account, he would withdraw it and give it to the accused named Mukesh. He got a thousand rupees for one lakh rupees.

Parminder Singh, Additional Deputy Commissioner of South district, told that RM Lodha retired on 27 September 2014 from the post of Chief Justice of India. At present, she lives in S-Block, Panchsheel Park with family. They use e-mails for official purposes. He got an e-mail from the official e-mail account of his acquaintance, Justice BP Singh, retired from the Supreme Court of India around 1.40 pm on April 19, 2019.

In this, RM Lodha sought more than one lakh rupees for financial assistance. It is said that his nephew is a blood-related leukemia disease and there is a dire need of money. The money was asked to transfer to a surgeon's bank account. The former CJI transferred about one lakh rupees from the bank accounts of the surgeon to the bank account of the surgeon.

On May 30, when former Justice BP Singh e-mailed him, he found the thug. Pre-Justice BP Singh refuses to e-mail to ask for any help. The former CJI filed its complaint in Malviya Nagar police station on June 1.

The police exploded the details of the bank account in which the money was transferred from the bank account of the CGI. It was found that the bank account belongs to Dinesh Mali, a resident of Udaipur. Police team arrested Dinesh Mali from Udaipur on June 8. The accused roasted a small business of selling and supplying. The police came to know from the bank account details that about five lakh rupees came to his bank account.

The accused have already hacked their bank accounts with a lot of people. Police officials believe that Nigerian gang could be behind this shit. The police is searching for the main accused.
