Trying to bring India into the top 10 in sports by 2028: Rijiju

Union Minister of State for Youth and Sports Kiren Rijiju said on Thursday that efforts are being made to bring India to the top 10 in the Games by 2028. After inaugurating the youth conference program organized at Uttarakhand State Foundation ceremony with Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat at Uday Shankar Dance and Music Academy, Almora, Rijiju said that our goal is to do the best in the game and pursue the players under Khelo India is. He said that the players have to improve further. The minister said that he meets every player personally. He said that we want to meet the dietary needs of every player. He said that the success of any sport is related to training. The Union Minister said that we will wave our flag at the Olympics.
