Chinese company Shami has launched Mi Notebook Pro 2 in its domestic market. This new laptop is an upgraded version of the Mi Notebook Pro launched in September. Mi Notebook Pro 2 has been introduced in two variants, whose prices are 8,999 yuan (roughly 90,300 rupees) and 6,999 yuan (about 70,200 rupees) respectively. Both models of Mi Notebook Pro 2 will be available for sale in China from August 16. On the other hand, there is no information about its launch in India.
Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro 2 Specifications
Mi Notebook Pro 2 features 15.6 inch Full HD IPS display, with thin bezel. Laptop has a 81-percent screen-to-body ratio and is 16.9 mm thick. Pro 2 has a 6-inch wide glass trackpad. The device has a 60-watt-power (wH) battery that supports fast charging via USB Type-C port.
Along with this, the laptop includes backlit keyboard, Dolby Atomos support with dual 3W speakers, UHS-1 card slot, fingerprint sensor and Windows hello support. High-end variants have an Intel Core i7-8750H processor with 6 GB Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card, 16 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD.
The second variant comes with Intel Core i5-8250U processor, Nvidia GTX 1050Ti graphics, 8GB RAM and 256 GB SSD. For connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 AC, Bluetooth 4.1, three USB 3.0 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI 2.0 and 3.5mm headphone jack are available.
