Delhi University's third cut-off will give students an opportunity to get admission in commerce and science programs. Most of the Humanities programs have been closed for general category in many colleges. Programs in this list of colleges in North and South Campus have reduced from 25% to .5%, few colleges have kept it between 1% and 2%. Students on this list can get admission till 11th July. The next list will be on July 15. 44 thousand admissions have been made for 61500 seats of undergraduate courses based on merit based in DU. However, many colleges have more admissions than the seats in the Humanities program, according to which 20 thousand seats are vacant.
Science in Eco, SRCC and KMC in Miranda In some colleges, including the Hindu College, Miranda, LCR, ARSD, Kirori Kamal, the seats for the general are still left. In Miranda House where Eco Honors is at the last cut-off of 97.75%, 96.25% (.25% less) in social engineering, 97.5% in Geography Honors and 94% (.5% less) in Philosophy will get admission to the students. Physics, Zoology, Botany Honors are also open here. At the same time, Dr. Pramila Kumar, the principal of Gargi College told that this cutoff has come down to .25% in BCom, it is at 95%. There are only few seats remaining in BCom Honors, so it has been kept at 96.25%. Maths Honors 94.75%, Chemistry 94.33% and Physics Hons fell 1% to 95%. SRCC has also opened the BCom Honors for General at 97.75% in its third cutoff list, with a fall of 25%. Principal Dr. Simrat Kaur told that fewer seats are available for this course, However, there is scope for reservation category. Kirori Mal College has reduced English to 96% and Eco to 97.5% with a decrease of 5% for general category. Both Bcom and BCom Honors are open at 97%. Physics 96.33%, chemistry 95.66% and Maths Honors 96.5% will be admired in this list.
