Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray Says I Am Still With The Ideology Of Hindutva And Would Not Ever Leave It

Delhi,02,December,2019

After becoming the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray has indicated a soft attitude towards former CM Devendra Fadnavis . He also taunted Fadnavis and said that I had never said 'I will come back' but I came here in this house. Uddhav also said that he has learned a lot from Devendra Fadnavis. For this reason, their friendship will always remain intact. Uddhav also said that I am still with the ideology of Hindutva and I have never betrayed the government in the last five years.

Taking a dig at former Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Uddhav Thackeray said, "I never said that I would come back but I came here, in this house." Significantly, in the campaigning for the assembly elections, Devendra Fadnavis had given the slogan in Marathi - 'Punha Meech' it means - again I am. Uddhav said that if you (Devendra Fadnavis) were good for us, there would not have been a split in the BJP-Shiv Sena.

Uddhav Thackeray also said, 'I am a very fortunate Chief Minister because the people who were in my opposition are now with me and the people I was with are now in opposition. I come here with my luck and people's blessings. I never told anyone that I would come here but I came here. '
