Let us know that Cricket Australia has implemented the rule of concussion in the Sheffield Shield tournament from the 2017-18 season itself. However, this rule has come into force in international cricket from this season. Significantly, for the first time in any international match, the team that used the concussion substrate is also Australia.
Marnus Labushane became the first CONCUSION SUBSTITUTE in international cricket after Steve Smith was injured on Joffra Archer's bouncer during the Lord's Test of the Ashes series played against England.
