The Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India (ICAI) has extended the dates of the Chartered Accountants (CA) examinations before the examination was started on May 2, but according to the new schedule, the examination will begin on 27th May. Given the Lok Sabha elections to be held in May, the dates of the examination have been changed.
In its official release, ICAI said, "In view of the elections of 17th Lok Sabha in April-May in the country. The Chartered Accountant's examination, which was being held from May 2 to 17, will now run from 27th May to 12th June 2019.
According to the new schedule, the foundation course will be conducted on 4,7,9 and on 11th June. Intermediate (IPC) course will be held in two groups. The first group examinations will be held on May 29, 30, and 1 and 3 June. Examinations of IPC Group 2 will be conducted on 6th and 10th June. Similarly, the examination of Intermediate course Examination Group One will be held on May 28, 30, and 1st and 3rd and the group two will be held on 6th, 8th and 10th June.
Similarly, ICAI has made all the exams schedule and in the final course, the examination of the final course will be held on 27.29.31 and on June 2 and the final examinations of Group 2 will be conducted on 6,8,10 and on June 12.
