British Airways Throw Indian Family Out Of The Plane Due To Their Crying Child

Delhi,10,August,2018

A Senior Government Servant Of The Government Accused British Airways Of Racial Discrimination And Poor Behavior, Which Last Month Brought Down Her And Her Family From The Plane Because Her Three-year-old Son Was Crying. Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu Has Sought A Detailed Report On This.

Suresh Prabhu Inquired Report

The Incident Occurred On July 23 When The Family Was Going From London To Berlin With British Airways Flight. The Minister Tweeted, "I Have Directed The Directorate General Of Civil Aviation (DGCA) To Take A Detailed Report From British Airways On The Issue. The Bureaucrat Has Written To Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu In A Letter Written On August 3 That Another Indian Family Sitting Behind Him Was Also Removed From The Plane Because He Had Given The Biscuit To Calm The Child.

The Official Alleged That The Crew Turned The Plane To Tarmac Where The Security Personnel Took Their Boarding Pass. He Said That The Manager Of The Customer Care Service Told Him Neither The Reason For Being Released From The Plane Nor In Spite Of Complaining, Took Any Step Against The Crew. He Said That He Had To Make Arrangements With Himself To Stop And He Had To Pay A Heavy Amount To Go To Berlin The Next Day. He Said That The Second Indian Family Was Given The Flight Tickets For The Next Day, But There Was No Arrangement For Them To Stop.

Bureaucrats Are Joint Secretary Level Officers In The Ministry Of Road Transport And Highways. When Contacted, A British Airways Spokesman Said That We Take Such Allegations Very Seriously And Do Not Tolerate Any Kind Of Discrimination. We Have Started A Full Investigation Of This And Are In Touch With The Customer.

He Later Said That It Is A Security Requirement For All Airlines To Seal Your Seat Belt While Flying A Passenger Plane. The Officer Described His Problem In His Letter To The Lord And With Full Investigation Of This Matter, Demanded Strict Action Against British Airways Employees.

He Said That His Wife Was Trying To Silence The Child But Only Then An Angry Member Of The Crew Came To Him And Scolding The Child To Sit On His Seat. The Child Was Sitting In A Window Seat But His Mother Kept Her In Her Arms To Calm Her. The Officer Alleged That When The Aircraft Started Moving Towards The Runway, The Male Member Of The Scolding Crew Came Again And Shouted, "You Will Be Silent, Otherwise You Will Be Thrown Out Of The Window By Lifting."
