Pakistan Cricket Board ( PCB ) got into controversy when Sarfaraz Ahmed uploaded an old video to Twitter soon after his dismissal as the captain of the Test and T20 International teams. Players were seen dancing in the video. After this, the cricket fans started trolling the PCB . The PCB not only removed the video of the dance from Twitter, but also apologized.
In fact, on Friday, the Pakistan board removed captain Sarfaraz Ahmed from the captaincy of the Test and T20 International teams. In his place, Azhar Ali has been named the new Test captain in the Test, while Babar Azam has been given the command of the T20 International team. Shortly afterwards, another tweet from the Twitter handle of the PCB, which was an old video.

Seeing the escalation of the controversy, the PCB removed the post and apologized while writing that the video is old and posted at the wrong time. The PCB apologized and wrote- The timing of posting this video was incorrect. The video is a year old, which was part of the T20 World Cup promotional event.
