Delhi,25,March,2020

The situation is worsening due to a lockdown across the country to prevent New Delhi corona virus infection. People may face problems in finding essential goods. Consumers are not getting the delivery of essential food items through e-commerce grocery apps such as Grofers, BigBasket, Dudhwale.com, etc. Big Basket, Flipkart, Amazon etc. have temporarily suspended orders for non-essential items.

Grofers not taking orders

Grofers have been sending messages to their customers asking for delays in orders. He says that we understand the timely delivery of groceries in this hour of crisis, but due to the lockdown, our delivery staff is being held at checkpoints. In addition, many local authorities have closed our warehouses. We try to reach you with the important things but there can be delay. In the meantime, if you have made the groceries from somewhere else, then let us know and cancel the order so that others can be helped in that slot.
