At the same time, Foreign Minister Jawad Zarif said that it was a human mistake in the bad conditions caused by America.
Following Irani's confession, now Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has demanded to fix responsibility for the incident. Canadian citizens were also among the 176 people killed in the incident.
