In eastern Siberia, 15 people died after a bus fell into a frozen river. Russia's news agencies quoted officials from the Ministry of Emergency Services as saying that 18 people were injured in the crash on Sunday.
Preliminary investigations have revealed that the accident occurred while crossing the bridge across the Kyunga River, about 4900 km east of Moscow.
There is talk of some malfunction in the front wheel of the bus. Video from the scene shows that a part of the bus was completely damaged after falling on the surface of a snow-bound river.
