45% seats in engineering colleges vacant

New Delhi: More than 45 percent of seats have been vacant for the last 4 years in engineering colleges certified by AICTE. While giving information about vacant seats on Monday, Satya Pal Singh, Minister of Human Resource Development, said that during the academic session of 48.79 per cent, 2015-16, 2017-18 and 2018-19 during 2014-15, 47.68, 49.70 and 49.30 per cent respectively Seats are vacant In this context.

 

 

All India Council of Technical Education has received 239 application forms from Engineering Colleges and Technical Institutes.
