Four Bidders Including Adani Enterprise,s DIAL Submitted Bids For Jewar Airport

Adani Enterprises and Delhi Airport International Ltd. Including four bidders has bid for the proposed Jewar International Airport in the National Capital Region (NCR). Officials gave this information. Technical bids invited for the selection of the company for this second airport to be built at NACR at an estimated cost of around Rs 29,560 crore. Noida International Airport Limited. (NIAL) opened in Greater Noida office.

 

 

On Wednesday, online technical bids were opened through the e-tender at the Yamuna Authority office on the UP government's site. For this, 4 domestic and foreign companies had filed tenders. Representatives of the four companies were also present at the bid opening. Also its videoography was also done. Bid documents of the four companies have been uploaded on the site. PwC will evaluate all these bid documents and submit its report to Niall in a week.

 

 

NAIL's Nodal Officer Shailendra Bhatia said, "Delhi International Airport Ltd. (DIAL), Zurich Airport International AG, Adani Enterprises Ltd. And Anchorage Infrastructure Investments Holdings Ltd. Had submitted a technical bid. He said, 'Now the technical eligibility of the companies will be assessed for the development of the airport. Based on that, the eligible company will be selected on 29 November. Separate financial bids for the airport will be opened on the same day. The bidding is being done on the basis of cost per passenger.

 

 

Bhatia said that the consultancy firm PWE would study the documents received from the four bidders and report to NIAL in a week. "After that the report will be given to the Project Monitoring and Implementation Committee (PMIC) and a decision will be taken on the selection of the company," he told PTI. It is noteworthy that NIAL had issued a global tender on May 30 for the selection of the company for the proposed airport. The Government of Uttar Pradesh formed NAIL for the management of a large project in Gautam Budh Nagar district.
