New Delhi: The scheme started for promoting the reading habit in early school students has made the National Reading Initiative to the eighth. Giving information about this, an official of the Human Resource Development Ministry said that an initiative to enable the first and second class children to read and develop basic numerical skills was initiated under the 'Study India, Enhanced India' program. The teachers concerned were envisaged for this. According to this program, reading material related to children in school libraries and reading corner in first and second grade was kept.
He said that special bridge (bridge) materials have been prepared for tribal communities in tribal communities. For the purpose of promoting the habit of reading the book in the children, the State has also given some funds to plan and implement innovative activities. Many other ministries and departments along with the Ministry of Human Resource Development have prepared monthly work plans by December 2018 under the "One India, Best Bharat" initiative launched by the government to promote national integration.
It covers academic, social, geographical, cultural, tourism, sports and youth affairs. The official said that no separate budget has been allocated for India, one of the best India. The National Educational Research and Training Council (NCERT) also summarizes the cultures, languages, traditions, festivals etc. of States and Union Territories.
