The Brutal Lynching Of This Young Man By A Mob In Jharkhand Is A Blot On Humanity, Says Rahul Gandhi

Delhi,26,June,2019

In Jharkhand, Congress President Rahul Gandhi has termed the murder of a youth named Tabriz Ansari as a "blot on humanity" for theft. They have put the BJP and the BJP government in the dockyard about this incident. In this case 11 people have been arrested so far and two policemen have been suspended and Congress has demanded a government job for the deceased's wife.

Rahul tweeted on Tuesday with a picture of the victim's youth, "Being beaten by the crowd in Jharkhand, this young man has a scar on humanity. The cruelty of the policeman who kept the dead boy in custody for four days surprised the powerful governed central and state governments.

Let us know that the matter came to light when the video related to it became viral on social media, in which some people are seen compelling the victim to speak 'Jai Shri Ram' and 'Jai Hanuman'. Police said that a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to investigate the case of Tabrez's death.

On the other hand, Saraikela Kharsawan's Superintendent of Police (SP) Kartik S said that on 17th June Ansari and two other persons entered the house of Saraykela village at night with the intention of theft. However, people living in the house woke up and shouted, after which the villagers took Ansari and beat him while his companions escaped.

On the news of the villagers, the police reached the spot on the next morning where Tabrez was arrested. The police claim that they did her primary treatment, but the condition of the victim was taken to Sadar Hospital where the investigation revealed that she had received more injuries and then she was admitted to Tata Main Hospital in Jamshedpur. The police say that during the investigation, it was found that before the arrest, the villagers had beaten him with a pillar even at night.
