Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, the all-new Redmi smartphone featuring a 48-megapixel rear camera launch in India may be delayed if a recent report is to be believed. For Redmi fans, Xiaomi may have another surprise as the Redmi Note 7 Pro, the Pro version of the Redmi Note 7, and possibly the Redmi Note 6 Pro successor could launch in India as an exclusive product for the market. A recent report claimed that Xiaomi might have delayed in India; however, Manu Kumar Jain, Global VP Xiaomi and MD Xiaomi India has been having sessions with select Mi fans to get feedback on the smartphone. Xiaomi's Redmi Note 7 series is pegged against the Galaxy M series.
To recall, the Redmi Note 7 is so far available in the Chinese market only, but the Redmi Note 7 Pro could be an India first product. Xiaomi may be all set to surprise its Indian fan base and customers with three new products - Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and the Redmi Go. For those unaware, the Chinese company recently launched the Xiaomi Redmi Go in the Philippines and is available ar roughly Rs. 5,000.
Xiaomi's next set of devices seem to target different price segments. We expect the Xiaomi Redmi Go to get a price tag around Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 6,500 while the Redmi Note 7 could be starting at as low as Rs. 9,999. The Redmi Note 7 Pro could be the costliest among the three with a starting price around Rs. 13,999. Xiaomi's recent set of tweets also clearly target Samsung's all-new Galaxy M-series. Samsung's new Galaxy M10 price in India starts at Rs. 7,990 while the Galaxy M20 comes at a starting price of Rs. 10,990.
