Winter session of Parliament may be between 11 December and 8 January

The government has decided to convene the Winter Session of the Parliament from December 11 to January 8. Minister of Parliamentary Affairs Vijay Goel said that the Cabinet Committee on Parliamentary Affairs has decided to convene the Winter Session of the Parliament from December 11 to 8 and send a recommendation to the President in this regard.

 

 

 

 

Normally winter session commences from the fourth week of November but it is understood that the government has decided to convene sessions later in the five states of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Telangana and Mizoram because most of the MPs Will be busy campaigning in these states

 

 

 

 

The assembly elections are to be held from November 12 to December 7, and in all the states, the counting of votes will be on December 11. The winter session of the five parliamentary assembly, which begins in the five assembly elections, is expected to be anarchy.
