HR Chief Resigns Amid Growing Resentment Of Employees At Google

The company's HR chief Eileen Naughton confirmed her withdrawal from office on Monday amid reports of increasing employee dissatisfaction at Google. Sundar Pichai, head of Google, said, "Eileen is grateful for what she (the company) did and is excited for her second role at Google." According to Pichai, around 70,000 people joined Google during Naugatan's tenure. . Naughton said he would help Pichai and Chief Financial Officer Ruth Porat find his option.

 

 

Nougton said, "My husband and I have decided to move to New York with my family after about six years." Significantly, the discontent among employees at the workplace has increased significantly in Google in recent years.
