The Election Commission issued a notification for the Delhi Assembly elections to be held on February 8. According to the notification issued by the Secretary of the Commission, Ajoy Kumar, the candidates will be able to file nomination papers till January 21.
The nomination papers will be scrutinized on January 22 and the last date for withdrawal of nominations for candidates is January 24. It is noteworthy that Chief Election Commissioner Sunil Arora announced the schedule for Delhi Assembly elections on January 6.
