New York: A study has found that mental health can be worsened by exercising for more than 3 hours a day in cycling, aerobics and gyming. The study published in The Lancet Psychotherapy, found that there was better mental health compared to those who had less or more exercises each week than those who performed 3 to 5 times a week.
Adam Schraud, assistant professor of the Yale University of America, said that people believe that the more work you do, the better mental health will be, but our study shows that this is not correct. Mental health worsens by exercising for more than 23 times or more than 90 minutes in a month. "This study was done on 1.2 million adults in 50 American states.
